Hill and Parker both spend time covering Williams. I actually think that people are going to be surprised Devin Harris isn't a bad PG, he's a solid nba starter, and doesn't hurt play-off teams there. The nets upgraded but this isn't that huge of a step. Alot of the rest of the roster is just bad though. Favors was decent and looked to have potential. I think that the off season determines a huge amount but unless the nets upgrade their front line substantially you'll have Williams destroy two teams and Avery get fired. I hate to say that because I think the guy can be a good coach but he got put into a bad situation in Dallas because Cuban is 20 different kinds of special and he's going to have a hard time building a team in Jersey since I question the Russians patience as well and Williams is petulant when not getting his way and when loosing.
Anderson better get his ass in gear.

That was a nonsensical trade by the Jazz unless you believe that the rift between Williams and management over the Sloan retirement is so great that Deron had already decided to leave (or management had already decided to move him).
