So when it's all said and done, the only person who the Spurs are going to pick up is Garrett Temple? These threads were entertaining leading up to the Grizzlies game.

Blackjack,
$15 for a Visa gets you in the country. You'll live like a king for like 5 dollars a day. Insanity. Giza is the too. And Sharm is amazing. loads of Russians and Brits. Went to Mt. Sinai and hired a policeman with an uzi as an escort for $30. There was even a terrorist bombing in Alexandria while we were in Cairo (Muslims blew up a Christian Church). Made it feel that much more like Afghanistan.
Anyways, with all your experience fixing the votes for the "Poster of the Year" awards I'm sure they could find some work for you out there.![]()
I think Danny Ainge has the words "bought out" set up to send him an email alert.
Awesome.
Dem Egyptians are gonna love their new king. Omnipotent, yet benevolent, dem Egyptians will enjoy my reign - or I will have them murdered.![]()
Boutros Boutros Blackjack.

I could use some gunmen ... er ... campaign coordinators.![]()
Kelenna Azubuike? If he's healthy and we lose on Corey brewer also carlos arroyo he's got to be better then chris quinn?
I heard Corey Brewer is available.
The problem with Azubuike is, he's more of a two-three than a true three, but more than that, he's missed more than a full season now with a knee injury. He was a good athlete pre-injury, but at this point, he'd have to be brought along extremely slowly and I can't imagine he'd get back to being even adequate defensively at any point this season. He's probably going to need close to a full season to get back to where he was.
The Spurs need immediate depth, which is why if they miss on Brewer, they should sign Peterson.
I'm not the least bit surprised that Temple is under consideration, though. He's versatile enough to cover three positions, has some level of familiarity with the system and would just be happy to be in the NBA. Guys like Brewer, Ford and to a lesser extent, Arroyo, Azubuike and Peterson, if they're signed, they're likely to be expecting minutes. Unless it's Brewer, who would likely figure into their plans beyond this season, I'm not sure they want a veteran who expects to play. The reality is, even with Parker out, they'll be limited minutes available. When he's back, they'll be virtually none (Brewer is the one guy who'd have a chance to crack the rotation).
Yeah, but all the signs are pointing that he is going to the Mavs. And that is one team that doesn't need him. Boston doesn't need him either.
Spurs miss out on Brewer, Butler, and Dominic McGuire; what now?
Time for James Anderson to step it up as the back up SF.
i think the signing is all done....Butler to bulls, brewer to mavs, mcguire and temple to bobcats....
still we need a 13th player going into the playoffs....
Well nothing good is left.
The best Spurs can do is Azubuike and hope a miracle will happen with his health.
I hope the Spurs stay way from Azubuike, just another 6'5 big guard, the Spurs would try to use at the SF spot;
right now I'd rather just sign Cousin and call it a day

i can agree with this. and then hope you get something from anderson and splitter and that RJ does not continue this southward trend.
meh im fine with JA has the backup 3. He hit some 3s against Memphis, hopefully that helps him get his stroke back.
