I still don't understand how can he sign with Boston, least money there, cold like Minnesota even if its Spring, stuck behind Pierce and Green.

He was traded because perkins was asking for money they werent gonna give him this summer. So instead of not getting jack , they got green, who next to rondo actually gives the Celtics a future.
We'll see how Perkins trade works out, 4 years $35 million may not be so smart if his knees are messed up.

Good thing Thornton is going straight to Golden State too, the guy is almost at Nick Young/Andray Blatche level of shot selection and black hole while he was in DC.
