Hill takes some time to find his rhythm, hes not one of those guys you can plug in for instant offense. Hes a blue-collar player and keep at it, but he doesn't do any one thing exceptionally well. He knows this, which is why hes a gym rat, always keeps his head down and maintains a positive at ude. Thing is, come the second half, most of the other teams players will be tired and more lackadaisical on their side of the ball and George Hill will still be giving you 110%.
