Lebron will take them to the gates of the promised land. But it's Wade who has the key to open such gates.
Even though wade maybe more "clutch" Cubby is right. Lebron was brought by riley to bring Wade to the promise land a la Moses for the Sixers and Dr.J back in 1983 ...Sure Wade won before but shaq helped the lead the way (until the Finals where he got outplayed by Dampier but I digress)
Lebron is just showing you he is not Lebron S Pippen ...that "label" has bothered him and he is determined to prove otherwise. GARUNTEE he goes nuts vs. the Lakers on THU because he IS THE ONE with the most to prove. Wade and Kobe have rings ...he does not.
LOL at those that thought this would NOT be an issue TWO alpha males in their prime are bound to have issues with who is the go to player in crunch time. Shaq despised Kobe for this and Del Harris was through once he let the Lakers season end with two kobe airballs vs. Utah ...
TBH so far the heat have been better about this not being an issue then one could hope. they still on pace for over 55+ wins and they have got along well ...but right now ... there seems to be some unrest about their crunch time execution it is starting to look very Cavalieresque ... Maybe Mike Brown wasnt the offensive nitwit ...he appeared to be?

^Exactly, the Heat have to see this (James) to the end. He has to be the straw that stirs the drink. If it fails they'll jump off that bridge when they get to it.
Except LeBron isn't the Moses Malone of the equation. He's the Doctor J.
(We) must all stand witness to Joe's assertion. We can't hear it. We have to see it. We all have to go thru the machinations, whether we want James to succeed at the zenith, or, take joy in his ultimate failure to do so. This table has been licensed & set for us by Stern, the NBA, and main stream media (MSM).
What does that make Big Momma Chrissy Bosh? Marc "No bologna" Ivaroni![]()
This.
He's definitely a far improved shooter even between last year and this year, but he is going to have to improve on it quite a bit more to be able to hit late jumpshots consistently. Kinda sucks for him because normally he can drive and get to the hoop or draw a foul pretty much at will, but if its a GW attempt, he can get the knocked out of him with no foul call, because refs pretty much never call fouls in those situations.
But for people to make accusations as if he is not clutch, is asinine.
Lebron will have the last laugh in June. Not Kobe, not Dwight and most certainly not Tim Duncan.
I thought Lebron/Bosh were brought to Miami so that none of their games would come down to a last second shot?
Lebron James will win a championship before Tim Duncan ever does again. That much is certain.
But neither will so much as sniff the ring in '11.
Walkin the streets with you in your worn out jeans, I cant help thinking this is how it ought to be. Laughing on the park bench thinkin to myself "Hey isnt this easy?"
I also dont buy in to Lebron not being clutch. Many players even greater than Lebron (at this point) failed before they succeeded. Kobe's airballs, Magic running out the clock, MJ's struggles vs. Detroit. was Shaq getting swept in numerous playoff series before ringing in 2000. It happens.
Lebron is the victim of the hype he helps cultivate. If dude was more quiet and humble like rose, Duncan or Durant I doubt he would face this much scrutiny. He has a Finals trip and two straight MVP's so of course he has been clutch at times ...but has choked or underwhlmed at others. But because of the hype people are revelling in their struggles.
Skip Bayless may be a moron, but part of the reason he scorns Lebron, is because to many have annoited him before he has won ...and many of my boys that are MJ dyck riders hate him (and Kobe) because of the comparisons. Kobefanbois do the same.
Me personally, I have mixed feelings towards Lebron. I want him to be great I want him to pass Kobe and MJ. My only issue is that I WANT him to win FIRST (after Lakers are done) BEFORE we start "bowing down or become witnesses ...but I am old school though, and until he does I cant call him the best and until he wins multiples he cant enter the GOAT convos ... I just call him what he is the most dominating player in the game. I calle dmy buddy last night after th game and said ..."Everytime I want to give Lebron the torch ...he does something to make me take it back ..."
Now, if he doesn't win this year? No excuses. He has a better #2 than MJ (arguably) He has a better #3 than Kobe or duncan, even though he is soft (but so is Pau). The coach excuse doesnt hold water for me, because when I pointed that out after the Decision many just laughed and thought the ball could be rolled out and the les would flow.
If they do not win Lebron will face the heat shaq did when he hit L.A. but because of the hype it will be much worse. There is no Bulls dynasty in his way (like Ewing, David and other faced just an aging Kobe, KG and duncan) and a bunch of younger, flawed though talented, teams.
this is his time and if he allows KG, Kobe or Duncan to take it then I may have to start wondering if Lebron is truly as great as I think he is or can be ...

Just curious, when was the last time Wade even touched the ball with the game on the line? Seems like that ballhog dribble, dribble, dribbles 'til the clock runs out only to chuck up a 30-foot airball.
Got damn Killa, you sure have a lot of time on your hands with all the essays you write hahaha
I travel a lot jdizzle ...will have a lot less time next week. In saint Louis right now, will be home with the wife and kids next week ...
Chalmers > LeBron in the clutch
Lebron is just missing last second shots for the kids
