Single handedly making it a game against the Cs...
Funny stuff Redzero! Always with the goods Still, Monta is a baller. Representing Mississippi like he can.
Time to bring him home to the Gulf South.
You people don't understand. He HAS to ball like that because they are like 9 points per 100 shots WORSE on defense with him on the floor. Eventually, some team will figure out that he needs to be playing a Jamal Crawford sparkplug role off the bench. He just can't start and play huge minutes. He may be the worst defensive back court rotation player in the league.
This pretty much sums it up....![]()
great scorer nevertheless
I would love to have this inefficient chucker who puts up lots of points on a fast paced, no defense team play for the Hornets. He'd be like a more extreme version of Marcus Thornton.
Some people are morons I swear, so you want him to shoot less? Do you see the talent on that Warriors team? He has to score for them to win, watch a Warriors game before you decide to talk .
Monta has been doing this consistently now for awhile. dude can ball
I'd have traded dragic and my left nut for this kid.
Monta Ellis is THAT. Saw him play in high school a few times.
redzero is so unoriginal. A team's best player taking alot of shots? No way
At least he's trying unlike that sack of playing PG for the Hornets.
also remember mavs fans when this guy was available for Smokey, and yall were like lol no, lateral move![]()
Something interesting from the recent Sloan Sports Analytics Conference:
"But I’m not sure that’s true, or that it even matters. Take this nugget: Kopp took me aside after the presentation and showed me data on the field-goal percentage of players who shoot after receiving passes from specific teammates. San Antonio players, for instance, shoot 60 percent after receiving passes from Tim Duncan. That’s a very high number, Kopp said, and it’s not entirely unexpected, given how much attention Duncan still draws in the post and on pick-and-rolls. But it’s a higher number than the comparable figure for most point guards.
You know whose passes so far this season have also led to a 60 percent accuracy rate for teammates? Monta Ellis, according to what Kopp showed me. The same Monta Ellis most NBA die-hards critique as an inefficient gunner who doesn’t help his teammates all that much. Interesting, no?"
He's a small-time Charley. Completely undependable.
lol expecting the Warriors to win a lot of games......Monta is a baller just waiting for a contender to trade for him. Curry too.
