    Splitter is a better defender... but his lack of ability to create offense is magnified since the majority of his minutes come with either the second unit or the end of the bench guys.

    Blair has almost 0 offense outside of reverse layups off of feeds from Manu Parker and Duncan... but playing him with these guys allows him to play within his skill level... something Splitter doesnt have the luxury of doing.

    Scola >> Splitter obviously.

    He's signed for 3 seasons... he just missed training camp with some injury and Pop hates that... plus they all take some time to adapt to the NBA.

    I think he can be a better defender than Scola, since he's a legit 7 footer... but his offense needs work.
