Honestly it's going to be a tough game all around. Spurs are going to be playing to beat the champs again, while the Lakers will be playing to make a statement, and get revenge for the last two losses.

“We’re playing much more aggressive basketball,” said Kobe Bryant, who led Los Angeles on Friday with 27 points. “We’re attacking. We’re getting after it at both ends. That’s a big difference.”

Coach Phil Jackson disagreed, saying Friday’s performance against the Bobcats won’t be enough against the NBA-best Spurs.

“I didn’t like any part of the game (Friday), none of it,” Jackson said. “We weren’t fluid, didn’t move the ball well. … If we play Sunday like we did (Friday), we’re not going to be in the contest.”

The only team that is truly capable of beating LA in a 7 game series is a defensive juggernaut like Boston. They laid the blueprint in '08. Play tough aggressive defense, dominate the glass, and exploit LA's weak perimeter defense. Of course a lot has changed since '08, but the bottom line is if you can do the above three things you have a very good chance of beating this Laker team in its current incarnation.

I'm not sure the Spurs are capable of doing any of those things. Relying on your offense to beat a time like LA is a recipe for disaster in a 7 game series.
