I see you share an inflated sense of importance and condescension with your hero. Good luck with that.
There are real people behind the avatars. You don't have to treat this forum like a bathroom stall.
I see you share an inflated sense of importance and condescension with your hero. Good luck with that.
It's obvious you'd rather put other posters down for merely differing from you, than have a real discussion with them to discover what those differences really are.
Your choice.
That's rich coming from you, Mr Ad Hominen. Ditto for your little friend.
I talk to every single jackass in this forum. Been doing it for years. Occasionally, a conversation happens.
It'd be nice if it happened a little more often. Are you helping?
If I prefer some posters to others that indicates neither hero worship nor amorous intent as occasionally alleged.
Apparently not, according to you, I've got a tin ear because I don't endorse know-it-all reactionaries. Now how's that a big improvement in the conversation dept, hmm?
No. I don't think you knew what MB meant. You might have asked him instead of just assuming. If you were really interested in knowing the content of what you glibly denounce, but I suppose that would defeat the intention behind your glib putdowns.
Dubious, but it's a start.
Obviously the real conspiracy is a neo-liberal reactionary one, designed to bring back every leftist bogeyman of the past three centuries.
Do you have any ideas of your own, or do you only get off on telling others how to respond to your hero?
I read the "content," and the verdict is that it's pretentious, preposterous "blame the victim" crapola.
No, you don't understand. How is your calling me a tin ear such a great contribution to civility and conversation, O Spirit of gravity?
Why must there be a specific plan or plot, with a given group behind it? Easier to understand, I guess.
Kicking each other around like ideological ragdolls is the bread and butter of this forum. Real discussion, infrequent as it is, is the jam and jelly.
Why be consistent? Easier to contradict your own nonsensical viewpoint, I guess.
Naturally one in a conspiratorial frame of mind would have read that as such.
Blaming the victim?

It isn't. I meant to piss you off.
Wow, that's so profound...deep even. Congratulations on figuring everything out.
Thanks, but what I said was so shallow it isn't even shallow. It was strictly superficial.
(This forum isn't very hard to figure out.)

Probably not. Do you?
I suggested you should take it up with Marcus, is all. Feel free not to.
Well, , United We Stand, Divided We Fall.
The VRWC is united in their objectives, they contribute many $100Ms to financing it, to buying legislators and regulators at all levels, etc, etc. It goes back to the VN and Nixon debacles.
A key objective of the VRWC is to divide and ELIMINATE the opposition, anybody who's not "with them", which is the lower 95%. Divided, the opposition falls. That's the real goal of busting unions, to divide unions into powerless organizations, or even better, have only isolated, weak employees with no power, and to eliminate a source of financing for Dems, just as slandering/scamming ACORN out of existence was to kill a source votes for Dems.
The VRWC is a simple concept, maybe not complicated and academic enough you, and it explains succinctly and accurately what has happened to UCA and what will continue to happen unstoppably.
When a theory matches all the facts, it becomes a useful theory.
