To end it ... Chandler missed two FTs. Kidd fouled Jack on a three with 8 seconds left -- he hit all three FTs to go ahead, then Dirk missed the final shot.
And they were ahead by 7 with 1:13 left in the game.... Tracy McGrady was in San Antonio tonight... what happened there?

NO must have been shooting lights out.. even with missed FTs and a 3 point foul that isnt an excuse.

Anyone else remember when we thought about trading parker for that hack... I still remember the front of the express news with a photoshopped pic of kidd in a spurs jersey.
When I first heard this, all I could think of was that scene in "The Hunt for Red October" where the American sub slides in between the missile and the Red October to lead it away. The American on board the October jumps up and yells "Way to go Dallas!"

Mavs have lost something like their last 8 road games in New Orleans. Must be the Crescent City hoodoo voodoo. If those two teams somehow meet again the playoffs, it could spell trouble for the "one and done" boys.

make that "0-11" for the "one and done boys" in games at the Hive.

Another plus is that it goes down as a division loss for the Mavs as well...
I woudn't bet on it either, but with Dallas anything is possible ... (even if it's often the worst)...
At least I want them to push to 6 or 7 games
I was hoping they would lose to someone else.. i'm hoping hornets will drop beind memphis.. but memphis lost tonight too.. Id rather see hornets in first round. But I'll take any Mavs loss I can get.
