Kinda but a lot shorter distance, and you can use cb without a license. With shortwave, you could listen and talk to people around the world.

I and others have been telling woai and other radio/tv stations they need to embrace the www and let they're sites be a larger part of they're stations. All i got was negativity and was banned from many forums.

Sorry to play the role of the grammar police, but it's easy for me to understand why WOAI didn't want to take the advice of someone who couldn't properly distinguish which form of their/there/they're to use when making an argument. Even when you are right and making a good point, most people are turned away from those who appear to be uneducated. It's the same reason most people don't take advice from children...even if they are correct it's hard to believe that they could know more than you.

Some people who agree with me are in other parts of the www.Many forums I post at share my views and literally pat me on the back for my achievements, it seems like only the spurstalk forums is were I find so much counterproductive comments that can mold America's youth in not wanting to give a anymore, very sad in my view.
