That's actually a building to the north of WTC7 damaged by the debris from building 7's collapse. It is useful in showing building 7 did not "fall in its own footprint" as many conspiracy nontheorists contend.
That's WTC 7 after the two towers fell nearby. That damage combined with the fires inside weakened the support structure enough to bring it down.
Poland, since you have seen some of the contentions of the conspiracy nontheorist (I have yet to see an actual comprehensive theory from any of them), you should probably take a look at the other side of the argument as well. You may find it interesting.

Huge chunks that fell off of the north twin tower and ripped through WTC7, starting fires on multiple floors.It was headquarters for some government agency, maybe disaster response? I forget, but the really, really hot embers landed on the building and caused it to get really, really hot itself, then it came down like a pancake, just like the other two buildings. The local officials deemed it to damaged to be used anymore so they "pulled" everyone from the building to limit further casualties.

I think things happened basically as has been accepted for the last decade by people who actually investigated the incident. A bunch of Islamic terrorists hijacked several planes and crashed them into several landmarks when they were successful. The twin towers were destroyed due to the damage from the impact and the resulting fires. WTC7 was destroyed due to fires started when debris from WTC1 impacted it. Neither the US government nor agents of the US government were involved in the planning or execution of 9/11. There were no pods or missiles or directed energy weapons involved.

Turns out he was never in charge of security at the twin towers; that's the job of the Port Authority. Bush's company did some electronic work that ended in 1998 and Bush left the company in June 2000 before W was even nominated by the Republican party.
