TBH didn't expect that from him, props for doing it though, this is the internet and all but takes a real man to honor bets when it's easy to welch.
Kool is a welcher, imo he get's Tpark-quitting in 2005 status for the rest of his posting career tbh.

I used an online translator and it worked he sent me back a message in french giving me my answer.
It was $300 straight up. And yes, he paid.
