I think a 6'9" guy averaging 15 boards a game probably has to get on an all-hustle team.

I agree on Kobe too. Sometimes he has to tone down the "effort" if it means not shooting every time he touches the ball, but that's now how I see the real definition of effort. Though I thoroughly despise Kobe, I definitely respect his effort, work ethic, and willingness to play through injuries. He has that Jordanesque thing about him where he's going to give you your money's worth every night.
