Radioactive Plume
http://www.cnbc.com/id/42119778
Soon it will hit Texas and the surrounding states. In the next 20 years 75% of Americans will have some sort of Cancer. But hey the bright side is NASA will have discovered another microscopic water Crystal on Mars.
And that will be different from pre-Fukushima, how?
Read my postings on dangers of Radiation dating back to 1996.
have fun picking the scabs off your penis when your 50.

If it gets that much use that it's scabbing over, so much the better.
Six tons of Plutonium in reactor 4 - it takes only 0.015 tons to build a nuclear bomb. It takes only a single Plutonium Atom to cause cancer.
No mouse, it's real.
Where the man is standing in the first picture is where the construction vehicles are in the second picture.
Still a deceptive photo.
Power in the plants will be restored when?? Itīs been 6 days now...
I donīt know why they canīt find a way to restore power or bring auxiliar equipment.
The only reason you see news journalist still in japan other than most of them are worried about ratings instead of their health is the radiation that the meters detect on their shoes they are told is harmless and to wash it off.
The problem with radiation as i have been saying for decades is it's not what the radio shack meters detect that is the problem it's the you breath that the meters don't detect that will give you cancer.
If the news media would go back to using film instead of digital they would see the radiation all around them as you can see what radiation does to film on the photo I have provided.

Go down the road aways and then you will be at the same spot as the first photo. You can see the green sign line up with the power tower if you go down the road in the 2nd photo. The trees on the right are also across the road when you get closer to that green sign in the 2nd photo.
The generators are flooded. They're done. Those plants will never power on again.
They also provide their own power. No aux equipment is going to get them working again.
While authorities continued to grapple with the nuclear crisis at the Fukushima No. 1 power plant, efforts to bring electricity to the plant also accelerated in a bid to restore the lost cooling functions in many of its reactors following last Fridays earthquake and tsunami that crippled the plant.

Correct. They're trying to get power to the workers so that they don't have to fight the crisis in the dark and to get some sort of pumping mechanism so that they can have a continuous supply of water.
From wikipedia:
It is possible that a new powerline to the complex will revive some of the electric cooling system pumps that have failed.[54]

Again, the nuclear cores will never return to functioning status. You flood them with seawater, you kill them off permanently. Notice they say, "Getting electricity to the plant", not "bringing the plant back online to operating capacity".
That is already in the air. Even if you had a huge lid made by Rubbermaid and covered the whole plant the amount of radiation that has escaped is enough to contaminate the earth 5 times over.
Most of it will find it's way into the soil after the rains and many farm animals will digest the contaminated products produced by the concatenated soil. So unless you can avoid consuming, milk, eggs, meat, bread, fast food, produce, and avoid facet water for the next 35 years your ed.
happy saint patty's day!![]()
Well, I guess restoring power to the cooling system is the goal.
I donīt care if those plants will be operational ever again.
The most important thing right now is to cool that stuff down.
4 of the 6 reactors cooling systems are "damaged"
Regardless of power or not. It will be weeks before the situation is called "under control"
They need to encase that site with lead.
radiation levels 25 years later.
