Every defense in the league has caught on to jefferson's oop play from parker. My guess is that Pop has a new one designed and isn't going to bust it out until the playoffs.

Agree. I will never complain when he drives it in hard for the dunk on a legit defender even if it's a miss. Too many threes IMO.

LOL I'm here watching a classic on NBA TV and RJ missed the 2 freethrow that would have iced the game instead Reggie buried a 3 and went to overtime.

    RJ is a tool.

Yeah I've noticed that the alley oop play hasn't worked in ages. A lot of times it has been a bad pass but still.

I wish they would bring back that play where RJ acts like he is going to set a pick at around the FT line, then slides toward the basket for the pass and easy layup/dunk.

That one is less noticeable and even if the defense catches on, it won't result in a loose ball opportunity from the lob.

This is the play I was refering to. Defenses don't allow it anymore. Def wont see it in the playoffs. New one on the way i think.

That was a pretty sick play. I'm sure they will run it once the playoffs arrive. Same with the oop play more often.

Once Pop got on RJ's ass, RJ picked up his energy and starting driving in. RJ needs to do that more instead of using the Michael Finley offense. Hopefully RJ keeps it up now especially with Timmy out.
