If you like CC's three pepper ketchup, you will go crazy for my 4 PEPPER Mayo! Habanero, Jalapenos, Serranos & Green Chile Peppers
You all gotta try my tartar sauce.
# 1 egg
# 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
# 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
# 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
# 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
# 1 cup olive oil
# 1/4 tsp. cayenne
# 1 tbsp. Creole mus (or whole-grain mus )
# 1 tsp. salt
Cooking Directions
Put the egg, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and green onions in a food processor and puree for 15 seconds. With the processor running, pour the oil through the feed tube in a steady stream. Add the cayenne, mus , and salt and pulse once or twice to blend.
Cover and let sit for one hour in the refrigerator before using. Best if used within 24 hours.
Grill up some fish for some y fish tacos and spread some of this sauce on a tortilla and BAM! Fantastic.
That's nothing compared to my 8 pepper worcestershire sauce
I'll post the recipe later, it's so secret and exclusive that I hid it near a paradisaic valley on my 1000 acre ranch, near the tree I use to hang blacks. It will take a day long trek to recover it.
