Your team is down by 10 vs. the Spurs? No worries, Bon Bon will take care of that problem.
Easily the worst defender in the NBA, Barea ain't got on this guy. P4P, nobody does it like Bonner.

I don't watch LA very much but I'll have to disagree. I mean we're talking about a guy that lets EVERYBODY score on him, from posts to guards, dude doesn't discriminate. He usually has around 10 good defensive games out of the 82 games in a season. Other teams will go after this guy like he's got a target on his back, it's pretty crazy.
In no way does Bonner justify the continuous faith that Pop keeps entrusting in him. Bonner sucks ass. No matter how many points he may score, he's gives up just as many. The closer the playoffs get, the more of a mental midget he becomes.
I would've rather Pop had put Novak in for the final play than Bonner. I highly doubt the Bonner has ever hit a clutch shot in his life. As long as he continues to get big minutes, the Spurs will be at a disadvantage.
He probably did... against Minnesota or some other team like that...

Bonner is on a motha in roll right now, getting butt raped by Arthur/Randolph/Gasol today and Wallace/the rest of the Trail Blazers yesterday, all while Tiago Splitter is rotting on the bench. Like I said, no other player can compare to the 1 and only Matt Bonner.
The best part was when he got AMPED after finally hitting a 3 ball and then proceeded to get repeatedly bent over on the opposite end each and EVERY time to close the game.

bonner in' blows outside of the occasional 3. what did he get tonight, one 3 pointer and missed a handful of others as well as turnovers and missed layups? lame.
Personally, I liked when the GFSN (gangly ing sand ######) came in for a stretch and began to shame Matty like he was a woman that had just spoken out of turn.
Bonner is on ing fire! The man is unstoppable, game after game after game after game the guy is just consistent with his play.
Spurs within 2? No worries! Give the ball to Bonner and he'll extend that lead for the Celtics no prob. Bricking wide open 3's and jump shots WHILE getting scored on, this man is a beast.
I've been trying to get thsi point across for forever. It's not his ginger ass fault for playing, it's pizza face Pop.
