Anyway relatively cool stuff, basically reminds me of Tony Stark's house from Iron Man.
Outdoor touch screens might get pretty damn hot in TX though.

You need demand to have a freezer that doubles as a tv/tumblr/radio or a kitchen counter you can plan the invasion of Libya on, otherwise it's just product designers riffing on what could be if everybody had infinite amounts of disposable income.
Cool? Sure. Likely? What for?
The one I thought was interesting/useful was the desktop that people put their "phones" on and the desktop became a shared touch screen.
Of course, it would suck to drop your phone/computer on the desk in the meeting and have your porn stash pop up...
Some of that is real, and some of it not far away. The SOG (silicone on glass) process is real, which can be done today small scale. Shouldn't be too hard to make it as large as the items shown in the near future.
Speaking about "futuristic" houses...remember when Bill Gates built his "ultimate" house and he had those big ass old school computer monitors built into the walls everywhere that displayed art that changed randomly...(instead of hanging pictures).
I'll bet that was a pain in the ass to update when flat screens came out..
