thank you very much ...
he's missed 3 wide open 3s. given up a bunch of offensive rebounds and useless defensively as always.
Hes had enough time to get out of his slump, i'd actually prefer to see if Novak could do anything out there...
thank you very much ...
Thanks for the answer.
Damn refs.
The first in' decision coach Bud made...was to insert Matt IN' BONNER!!!!!
Does not bode well for the 2nd half.
Hill will not continue this so someone else has to step up, but Hill did show up and hopefully he gets greedy and wants more.
I almost think it is better for Memphis to win...so they can keep moving up to the 7th seed so they have to play the lakers...
let the lakers have the privilege of a physical 7 game series with bodies going down left and right.
Manu felt the contact and then flailed. It was on the flail/flop where he banged knees.
Spurs lucky to be down only 5 points. It give me hope for the second half, considering the foul trouble for the Spurs big men and Manu and Tony's poor play in the first half.
Great half from Hill to keep the Spurs in the game. Now if TP and Manu can take the reigns in the second half the Spurs have a great chance to win this.
BTW, I don't expect Hill to play this well every game, let alone each half. But if he could bring this level of aggressiveness and looking to drive it to the paint it would be a HUGE improvement out of the neutered Hill we've seen for the past few weeks.
Does anybody wonder if the switch of Blair and Dice in the starting lineup, seems to have thrown the team off a little? Not that it wasn't a sound strategy (we had to get bigger) but it seems like we lose Dice's D in the second unit has hurt us. Couple that with Bonner's collapse and Hill's slump and the loss of Tim and suddenly BOTH our starting unit and bench are weaker.
That said I always regarded Tony and Manu as future Hall of Famers. If that's true, and they just aren't TD's career sidekicks, its time for them to step up and lead us to some victories without Timmy.
228, I have said it for a while. The guys are trying, but they look devoid of energy. I know it's cliche, but they are out of gas and it's what a lot of people feared.
I don't care about that. I care about Tim going down and TP failing the Spurs when they could ill afford it. Same with Manu.
No.
Better stop this discussion. But about flopping: Players above the age of 30 have to protect their legs and feet ... better flop than try to stay on your feet ... ask Grant Hill.
Nice move by TP, but I said earlier, the Spurs had done a good job on Allen and Conley and they both come out with buckets. Spurs have to watch them.
do you guys notice how gasol doesnt try to score on splitter?????? now watch what happens when tiagos out
TP looking much more focused. Good sign.
Dumb foul Tiago.....
Coach Bud often showed he can make his own decisions if Pop is ejected
NO--watch the replay. knees hit and then Manu was hit by the ball as Gasol as he shove it at Manu.
WTF is this Battier in the post stuff? Dice not hitting wide open jumpers. We need those, Dice.
Dice's J has been off for some time now
what are you doing tiago?
