True but refs are always biased against the bench squad, and that's all we had on the floor tonight.
Four straight games now where every 50/50 call goes against the Spurs. The first three were on the road, whatever, but tonight even at home Portland got every call. Refs are looking right at guys and pretending not to see balls out of bounds or fouls or travels.
Obviously the league wants the Lakers to get the top seed. What a ing joke.

It's not rigged, it's managed.
Been waiting for this one tonight. Slightly disappointed it wasn't sooner.
The amount of calls in favor of the Blazers was alarming. The reserves still kept it together for most of the game. I am actually quite proud of those guys in silver and black tonight.
Yeah because someone complaining about the refs is any less original than being the cliche "everyone is wrong about everything every time" guy. No one finds you annoying or useless at all...
What are you guys gonna do with more free throws??? You can't make them!![]()
Have fun getting bounced the in the first round.
Even though he's old and senile.. he's right.

Not everyone.
Just you this time.
Damn, brah. What's with all the mad?
I was watching Brandon Roy travel on every possession. There should be one ref who only watches the feet of the guy with the ball. They switch their pivot foot, they shuffle their feet before the dribble, they do the ball/heel/ball of foot movement to gain ground. It's pretty funny after a while when you are just watching the feet.
I was wondering where those so called blazers fans were....speaking of the devil theres one up in here lol....hey tlong whateva...you blazers almost lost to the spurs back-ups.....o yeah enjoy it while it last cause the blazers are not going to do anything in the play-offs....
whats up with people saying brah lol....stop it already
What really pisses me off about these last 4 games is that I blame injuries on the horrible officiating. The refs aren't calling fouls on the other teams and that allows them to play really physical and just beat up the Spurs. I believe that's why we have Manu and Tony injured right now.
I agree with you crookshanks.....hope this doesn't happen in the play-offs....I don't trust the refs
waaaaah
Physical teams win championships.
No - teams that play hard and aggressively win championships. But it's hard to play aggressively when you get called for the fouls and the other team doesn't! It's pretty hard to win when the refs are allowing the other team to beat you up and you can't match their physicality because the officiating isn't fair. I don't mind if the refs just let them play - what pisses me off is when it's so obviously one sided.
Manu injured himself in a flop. How do you expect the refs to call that one?
There is not much as lame as people saying "brah", and every one of those dumbasses is a Lakers fan. They will never stop....it's who they are.

I was at the game tonight, and let me just say that our reserves put forth a valiant effort tonight, but just ran out of gas. Now about those calls:
I'm not saying that calls not going our way cost us the game (10 missed free throws played a big part), but here are just a few that I accurately remember:
1) Wallace stepping out of bounds--NOT called
2) Wallace charging into Anderson (I think)---and 1, foul on Anderson even though he was set and outside the circle.
3) Neal scores and runs into Wallace---charge on Neal, even with Wallace still moving his feet.
4) Miller clearly traveled for one of his layups in the 3rd--NOT called.
Novak also was in position to take a charge and called for a block, although I can't remember what Blazer had the ball.
Anyone else either at the game or watching closely at home, you are welcome to fill in ones I missed!
No one could be mad at those gifs giant maxi pad lol
I have to agree with you tlong. If we'd just made our free throws tonight we probably would have won. FTs have always been one of our achilles heels.
