You know, I was thinking the same thing.
When the team refused to foul at the end of overtime...it felt like a mutiny. Has the team just grown tired of Pop's use of Bonner and just poor coaching in general? Does Holt have the balls to do what needs to be done this off-season?
You know, I was thinking the same thing.
Someone said he knew RC was pissed Pop wasn't playing Splitter any minutes...
I think... No... =/
No.
The team doesn't know how to win anymore. Regardless of Pop, who can't ing coach.
i think the Spurs' players have. they clearly ignored Pop and have tuned him out at least to a degree.
Nope the Spurs IQ just dropped with his coaching.
I swear a wave of stupidity just made its way throughout the whole team.
Yes that was me. I know somebody in the front office very well. Believe me or not I cannot say much as people will get in trouble as well as my relationship status with this person.
Pop gave Bonner that contract and he is so stubborn he will not give in. RC Buford wants Splitter to log the minutes but it is just not happening. RC can not say anything as Pop has more power within the organization then all. Pop also gave RC his chance so RC will never go against him.
I think we are kinda saying the same thing my .![]()
Pop is a ing idiot, stubborn until it is way too late and the season is done. He will get us there again.
Damn sure looks like it.![]()
Maybe. Then again, the players make a lots of money and probably don't want to bite the stubborn hand that feeds them.
At the end of the game, I really thought they returned the favor...and I don't blame them. Pop is like the dad that puts his re ed kid into the little league game because it's his son...the rest of the kids eventually just put their hands up.
And, no, Holt wouldn't dare mess with Popovich.
Front page thread overload.![]()
It's mostly bad luck. The C's outplayed the Spurs, the other 5 games could have gone one way or another. But it's symptomatic all games went for another teams, Pop or the players must be doing something wrong.
this certainly how it looks like to me very simply put
Will the Spurs hold a "players only" team meeting? Minus Matt Bonner...of course!!![]()
I hope they have, Pop should be gone, he makes stupid decisions and plays Bonner for way too many minutes.
got a question for everyone.....
do the spurs want the 2nd seed to play mavs in the 2nd round and avoid travelling long and tiresome distances?
