A number of you have become turncoats & backstabbers.
You're getting what you deserve.
Jeff McDonald just tweeted:
Have you tweeted smack talk to George Hill lately? He criticizes "bandwagon people" and "so-called fans" after game.

Also:
George Hill: "I don’t think you should be disrespectful just because we’re losing a basketball game.”
...
Fine, Mr. Hill, if someone's cussing you out, I understand if you don't want them following you. I, however, tweeted to him: "Fans don't know what to say to you, Spurs. You really letting everyone down," and I was blocked. Explain the disrespect there.
Bottom line, George Hill needs to stop talking. Really losing respect for him. As long as he plays like today, though, I guess I don't care.

Your post count is growing at a ridiculous rate. I guess when you've lived most of your life, what better thing to do than troll on a Spurs forum because your laker brethren don't give two s about your opinion.![]()
Georgie with a fluke game
Thank you to all the fake fans for pissing off Hill. I like him better when he's mad so keep up the good work fake fans.
If calling out fake fans is what gets Hill motivated then so be it...Anything to get him playing like the end of last year, really.
You shoulda never lost 6 in-a-row. I warned ya. Warned ya twice.
Now you're stuck with me.
ha, ha.
This would be a good re-tweet.
Wait, did you just admit that you're a front runner?

He needs to stop talking and the damn twittering all the time. Dejuan Blair comes off like a childish idiot on twitter most of the time.
Hey, at least yer 1 & 6 now.
tee, hee.
No professional athlete with any kind of sense should be on Twitter in the first place.
George Hill screwed up the Rockets game, but won the game tonight. Such happens over 82 games. Hats off to him today. Good thing for us that Nash was out.
He jus flat out sux on the road!
If easy for it to grow at that rate when he treats every thread on ST like it's the "raise your post count" thread in the Troll forum. All he does is repost the same thing 20 times in every thread. Just stop paying attention to him. He's not even a good troll...just an annoyance is all. That's why he's still grey after 13K+ posts.
That's more than most NBA players can say.
I disagree. Its a good way to build marketing and develop good PR. Lots of athletes have awesome twitter accounts and do a lot of cool things on them (a LOT raise money for charity).
George had a point, but by now he should just get over it.
Perhaps someone should tell him that if he could ever consistently manufacture a performance like today - both home and on the road - he'd be less likely to get criticized.
Again, since he's got such sensitive, thin skin, my recommendation for him is to stay off Twitter.
Again, I agree with him in he shouldn't stand for random people cussing him out, but judging from my tweet to him that got me blocked, the guy just doesn't want to hear anything negative.
Charles-Barkley voice: Terrrruuuble.
Hypocrisy. You guys pounce on any one of your players when they are ing up. If you need us to dig up threads from when the Lakers were struggling we can.
He's right. No need to be obnoxious to the players. Popovich, on the other hand . . .
He's just frustrated. I don't see why you can't understand that. They lost 6 in a row.
He's a early 20s kid who has had a ty 2 weeks.
Maybe you guys should cut him some slack?
