    ^Absolutely. It's legend & lore here on the Sports Talk Stations. A rousing cheer went up in the Suns draft war room, then the Warriors reneged. The local Media will not get into the nuts & bolts of it though. Just the basic outline above. They know, but, there is a gag order for some in' reason.
