    Boston game

First of all what a relief! We were in FULL squad coming into this game, and that means that some guys here cannot make an excuse of Timy not playing and that's why spurs losing.

They frickin lost 5 straight and looking terrible in a contention group.

Points that I made still in full force but manny here do not recognize them.

Bonner again is a non-factor. After THE LA loss he is shooting below 30% and is hesitant and became a 'wtf slasher' in this system. He does not spread the floor. Boston did not respected him much and LA will not as well. Dang if we can keep the lead in West and can advance at least one round!

I'm pessimistic about the situation but that does not mean I do not belive. Sports are sports anything can happen.

Another point is Blair - still he is not the Blair spurs would like to have.
That leaves Pop with a question mark on how to set the rotation.

Agin in a Boston game we gave Rondo what he wanted and he took it. But still the spurs D was not good enough. Pierce was doing his job. Good D on Allen though, but let Rondo , KG and baby do whatever they wanted basically.
Boston was not playing great ball. Spurs sucked.

So many bonehead plays for the spurs again that I again getting pissed of the turnovers or bad selection on the shot. Where are those fastbreaks?

Our biggest weapon is TP slashing and Manu slashing. And that can open up the shooters. Shooters right now do not open much for the slashers. esp. when you consider LAkers style of defense. Spurs are toasted.

And where are the spurs early season 3pointers. Not that stationary 3 pointers [Matt for example is a stationary shooter and that's his main problem, he is not a versatile shooter and he is not versatile player tbqo].
I mean this 3 pointers where our shooter comes in a place on the floor catches and shoots the ball like in one motion. That was the most productive and most unstoppable 3 pointers ever. That what made me say. Wow Pop figured it out great. Right now -> non-existent!
This makes the spurs ball worse.
Where was Dyess with his jumpshots?

And what was with that 4down at the end of a game? Not the first time the spurs did it but again I know it and all coaches in NBA knows it and to make it a failure the spur O on this 4 down 2011 is horrible. No movement and creativity no cuts! Dead ball - pray for Tim to make it.

It is not gonna bring the success

    Houston game is next

Can someone please translate this...like they do when Manu does a Spanish interview?
    Sure:

The Spurs have sucked since they lost to the Lakers.

    The End.

    Main problems remain

Pop acknowledged and said the spurs are not gonna get better on D. That is a worrisome statement as Pop always says - improve!
So our team have a big problem as there are plenty of teams better on D then the spurs in the playoffs.

Suns game - Phoenix scored a lot of points and they were playing without Nash, and Nash is their offense. Also Suns played bad ball offensively and defensively and on the boards.
To make this win even worse Suns just fallen apart. Now they are not fighting for the playoffs but for the best lottery pick...

This wave of criticism by Spurs fans was silenced by this W, but overall Spurs did not make a step forward. They moved in a right direction a bit though.

A positive note is that the spurs tries to play through adversity and Pop trying to strengthen them mentally and keep the team together. It always was the spurs thing - all for one.

Spurs offense exploded. But mainly it was /also a good ball movement/ just great shooting night which will not be there every night in the playoffs.

And you could see spurs again freezing cold making 1/19 in a span somewhere in the 3rd ...
That is inconsistent as the offense is and I'm beating it all the time why the D is much more important. The D is much more consistent then offense.
Suns sucked so the spurs came up with the victory.

I just want to see such a ball movement and shooting against some elite teams. I don't know if I'll be able to see it in the reg season as Pop probably gonna CIA something and the spurs not gonna force anything to gain momentum.

Anyway Blair has been the problem. Since he was benched /after the LA game/ he plays without confidence and looks like he does not give a poop.

Bonner hit some shots but he was not much challenged

Hill after he made those comments about spurs fans played great. One game though. And I do and do not agree with the words he said. .. ..

    All in all
Suns game was a great production of our bench and we were shooting lights out, but the problems remain. Let's see if the spurs can build on this win or make it a fluke game.

I actually thought it all started with the Dallas game. Lots of bad habits. Ultimately, I believe they are fixable or treatable or whatever...but it takes effort and the right mix of players. Can Pop force the cohesion needed or can the players make it work? Remains to be seen, but I think they can. Will it amount to a le? Don't know, but if this team goes down, I would hope they go down swinging hard!!! There's a lot of game left to be played.
