What does that have to do with anything?
    Jordan couldn't ring without Pippen.

Kobe rang with & without Daddy.

    MJ Never won without Pippen...

Kobe was doing a lot in 2006 and 2007...
Individually, yes. But look at who he was rolling with:

Smush (where is this guy anyway?)
    Kobe
LO (inconsistent as back then. Kobe's Pippen my ass)
Cook (doesn't even get 5 mpg with the Clips now)
    Kwame ('nuff said)

    Kool, cleanin' up my .

    Kool Aid Man

P.S., like he did when he delineated the 3 Back-2-Backs that I'd only counted as 2.

P.S.s., I still have to write the gd equation down on paper in long hand to grasp it.

Odom didn't finally get straightened out once & for all until Buss signed off on Artest and Odom had to act like somebody. He'd still be drifting in the gd winds if he wasn't beholden to Artest.

Notice how kool misquotes the article.

You can take on anybody, doesn't mean you're gonna win.

2005: "Kobe can't win without Shaq"

2009: "Kobe can't win without Gasol"

2012: "Kobe can't win without PJ"

All the guy does is win.

Imma save this for future reference....

Of course Kobe could take MJ 1 on 1 when he was 40 because he moved in slow motion. Kobe wouldn't have a chance vs prime MJ, because MJ was better handling the rock, could score despite contact and was almost impossible to stop.

As for Kobe's ringing, there was never doubt if MJ should be the finals MVP in any of his 6 championships. On the other hand, Shaq was the undisputed finals MVP in the Kobe's first 3 rings. Why? Because he was the Lakers best player during the threepeat and the offense run trough him. Kobe had a good finals in 2009 as Orlando didn't have a premier wing defender, however he played substandard in 2004, 2008 and 2010. It's not clear who should have gotten the 2010 finals MVP.

He could do little against Prince, Allen and Pierce. MJ was better defensive player than them and, unlike Kobe, always played his best in the finals.

and when MJ faced a great wing defender in the finals ( Gary Payton) he shot 26% in the final game similar to Kobe's 25% against Boston...

    come again....

So let me get this straight, Pau "Gasoft" and Andrew "Glass Knees" Bynum is > prime Shaq?
No, Bynum and Gasol are two of the best big men in the league, due to there not being many skilled big men in the league anymore.

Nice misleading statement there. Kobe never rang without either Shaq or Gasol.
