I have to agree with this. Threatening to quit was the best thing Kobe could have done. It was obvious the upper management was content to just sell tickets for the Kobe show.
It's just that he was so y. His prime's prime was wasted because of his recklessness in Colorado. If he hadn't been distracted by his own failures he'd a been able to erect a bridge from the Daddy days to the end.
