It's impossible to compare the two side by side in any fashion and find a way to say that Kobe is better. The one thing that Kobe has on Jordan is a better jump shot. Jordan was better in every other aspect of the game. The only people you ever find that will say Kobe is better than Jordan are either Lakers fans, or kids too young to ever see Jordan play. Kobe is one of the best to ever play the game without question, but he's not the best.

Kobe was skunked by Tim first and that is all that matters. It was the first time Kobe met Tim when it was money time and Tim laid down the law with a skunker. Subsequently, it rattled Kobe so much, that he got skunked the very next year in the playoffs and nothing changes that.
