So he's chasing golfers these days?
Don't tell Luke, he would be heartbroken.
I was at the Valero Texas Open at the JW Marriott; saw some good golfers: Adam Scott, Geoff Ogilvy, Ricky Barnes; well known Golf analyst: David Feherty. Plus as we were walking through the course, Richard Jefferson was standing near one of the refreshment areas, low key, with a Arizona basketball cap and sunglasses.
Probably should have said "good luck on Sunday" but were following a certain group of golfers and had to keep moving. And I always said if I ever saw a Spurs player in public, that I would just leave them alone, they probably get bothered too much as it is.

Oh and I knew this would come up, but he was there with a lady friend

I try to let players be, current and old.
When I was home in early March, I saw David Robinson at the Apple Store. On my flight back through Atlanta, I had Steve Smith on the place. Stood next to him at baggage claim.
He should be working on his basketball game....he is horrible.
Out of all the players.......it had to be in a sausagefest.
Isn't there a joke here about a "playoff beard"?
Erin Barry?
Lucrisha Walton
They were probably going purse shopping afterwards and then getting bikini waxes
I did not see this one coming from that direction.![]()
RJ was at a bar last night too, apparently. He's just everywhere I guess.
I know players get to have lives but wouldn't you expect him to be watching the play-offs on Saturday afternoon and resting Saturday night for a noon start on Sunday- not at a golf tournament and a bar.
he got the contract he wanted, time to throw in the towel...
