hornets shouldnt be worried about paul. he will still dominate but have to worry pau had a bad game and 4 of their bench guys played out of their minds and it still was a close game.
I just hope the Lakers come out Wednesday with more energy and purpose..today they had nothing going.

I don't think the Hornets should be concerned about anything. They have absolutely nothing to lose.
sons on our local radio and tv they said Monty has been preaching to attack and shut Gasol down and let Kobe "get his". Gasol dominated us during the regular season averaging nearly 20 and 10 or so during the 4 games played. Gray, Landry, and Okafor put the on him today.
So true. Pau killed us during the regular season. I say double Pau everytime he catches it and let Kobe chuck 45 shots a game.

why should they be concerned after winning Game 1?
I'm pretty sure that the Hornets don't think if they play their best ball that they're going to blow the Lakers out. They can play their absolute best and still be in a dogfight because the Lakers' ceiling is so much higher.
They're playing with house money right now so they can play pretty carefree for the rest of the series.
I expect the Lakers to respond in game 2 with a furry. Losing Aaron Grey is tough for NO.
Kobe is never able to say the other team was better. he'll always blame his team first.
New Orleans cant play any better than they did today tbh. I havent seen them look this hungry in a long time. CP3 looked like Magic Johnson out there & they only had 3 turnovers. 3 turnovers in a playoff game is incredible. Props to NO, they came out with a purpose while LA looked like they did the past few weeks. Maybe they didnt get the memo that the postseason started today.
