How about one of you lefties tell us what the solution is other than increasing the marginal tax rates.

Hint:

Maybe you should first attempt to find out how much of the super rich's money falls under the income tax system that uses marginal rates.

I know this much. We could easily cap all marginal rates in the income tax system at 25% and only see economic growth, and it won't affect the rich very much at all.
