The ball was clearly rolling out of his hands. Noah got all ball first knocking it loose and then hit his elbow on the follow through on the way down. That's not a foul.

Frankly, I don't want to see Indiana win or win the series. The bulls are better and will make the playoffs more interesting, but I don't want the refs to give it to them. Then they really aren't showing their best.
