Gay ass small ball, scrub ass Bonner.

Thanks Tim, it's been a good ride.

Edit - thanks for the thread le change. Clearly we will ride Bonner's offensive output and defensive skills to a le this year. I stand corrected.

Pop would rather be in total control and lose than not be in control and win.

I was fantasizing that late in the 4th when Bonner and Blair were in the game that Timmy stepped up without Pop telling him to get in the game and told Tiago "c'mon with me, we're going in"

Perhaps you'd have a better time cheering for the Lakers, they have the size and length you crave.

Criticism of and frustration with stupid coaching decisions doesn't make me any less of a fan, just one without the homerific blinders on.

I thought I saw Tim tell Pop "yeah whatever" as Pop was trying to micromanage Tim's foot position. Pop called a timeout during a fast break to tell Tim his foot needed to point slightly at an angle to the basket during transition, and then proceeded to draw up a play.

Spurs have best record in the West, overall number one seed in the West when many experts had written us off, second best overall record in NBA history, Pop menioned as possible COY, have added much needed athleticism to team that was lacked several years ago...yeah our coaching staff sucks.

I guess many of you young folks dont know what it was like prior to Pop when the Spurs were viewed much like the Dallas Mavericks are now. Pop gives us a chance to win a championship every year. If you think that any coach could do the same then look at recent history with teams that were considered contenders and made coaching changes; the Dallas Mavericks in 2007-2008, Detroit Pistons 2006-2007, Los Angeles Lakers after 2004. Look how those teams turned out.

The counterargument to that would be of course that Duncan, Ginobili, Robinson, Parker, Bowen, and a few other excellent players have made up for Pop's obvious shortcomings by being incredible in their own right. Now, in Duncan's twilight years, with less help and fading natural abilities, Pop is playing a bigger role than he ever did during the championship years, and his personal failings and shortcomings are being unfortunately exposed.

Yeah you would have seen every time Memphis needed a momentum bucket to just have Arthur or another Grizzly lob the easy hoop over Ginger Bread.
    Get with it Aggie!
