and sons that right there is about the best possible example of how the NBA can control the outcome of basketball games. they called 5 consecutive VERY questionable fouls against the Hornets and somehow magically the Lakers didn't commit a single one during that time frame. it put the Hornets big into further foul trouble and gave the Lakers a nice scoring run ... all 100% thanks to the NBA stepping in and helping them out.
