Galaxy phones are pretty damn good by the way. I prefer my Samsung Vibrant over the Iphone

I believe that Xerox didn't believe in the technology and actually ordered their engineers to show and explain the technology to Apple - they saw it as a gimick. I don't think it was ever copyrighted/patented, so once they rrealized their mistake it was probably too late.

Don't forget the even worse decision of IBM to agree to buy licenses of DOS for their "PCs" instead of outright buying the OS from Gates and co. They were sure they got a better deal since nobody will buy those "PC".

Had an iphone all of two days and went back to my Torch. Somethings make no sense with that phone.
