    Both, if you exclude the first six months or so after Katrina. Bourbon St was more or less up by Christmas (Canal was still messed up). It was pretty depressing driving the I-10 seeing all the houses without roofs.

    A few things have changed (the psychics moved near the church, for one) but it's mostly the same ol' N'awlins to my eyes.

    I've been to San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston. San Antonio has Fiesta Texas, which is pretty badass.
