If Gasol plays moderately well, Lakers got this... If Odom also plays well, it will be a blowout...
If they are that kick ass road team that's close out in OKC, Utah and PHX last year and Denver and Orlando the year before, it shouldn't be an issue ....... but this team can easily go into braindead mode.

I've often thought that NBA players and execs have to sign a manifesto before they sign their contracts which states that there will be gross inequities in the league - namely the Lakers getting every benefit of every doubt on everything from front office trades all the way down to calls on the floor - they will witness these inequities, yet they will swear to say nothing about them. In exchange for their silence, they will receive between 10 and 100 times the salary of the average US worker.
Thus, the Lakers continue to get whatever they want, and nobody really raises a ruckus about it.
