I might agree with you if this didn't throw off the president's game-plan. He's already on hour late giving a planned speech. Seems to me his speech writers are making him a new speech because of this news.

In all seriousness, this is a huge day for the U.S. Hopefully people can put their political affiliation aside and understand how significant it means that he's finally dead. Anyone who lived through 9-11 should understands. Kind of bothers me that there's younger kids on facebook posting statuses like "Who cares?" and "OK everyone calm down we get it Osama is dead". And go on as if it's not big news.
Oh well, still is a great night for our country and especially for families of those that died almost 10 years ago.

Obama is now more than an hour late giving a well planned speech. This doesn't make sense unless the release of this news was a surprise to him and his staff. A few minutes late is one thing, but it's now more than an hour.
Symbols can be important though. We will get to see what Osama the Martyr is worth now, I guess.
My sneaking su ion is that it was from a missile or bomb as first reported, but for political reasons, they are announcing it as a much cleaner operation.
Tbh part of his life was helping the USA destroy the USSR and the other part of his life was trying to destroy the USA.
