kobe with the turnover, then bricks the 3 for the win..
LOL, fukkin got
Question though, why did Phil sat Kobe for too long? He was on fire tbh. That was such a huge gamble and he got burned. He kept his reserves out there a minute or two too long in the 4th imo.
Hey Mid!!!! Did you see the NBA did a NBA Ball comercial with you in mind. Of course the ball was making absolute fun of those who quit on their teams. It was so YOU!
Gotta love it. The .4 comercial followed by the quitting on your team and taking himsef home sandwiched around your multiple tucking of the tail and whimpering off.
Classic!!!!![]()

Wrong. Kobe didn't turn it over he just fell. Pau turned it over when Kidd hit his arms.
Nice try moron.
I think Phil really ed himself. Can you really question a guy with 11 rings? yeah. But sooner or later, Phil's bench has to step up and hold these leads ........
Phil melted down with the Odom subs ution late in the game and I would have told Kobe that he's starting the fourth quarter because this was a big game. Up seven going into the fourth and at home?? They gotta win that one. He coulda easily called a few time outs to give him some rest ......
@ Kobe's unofficial spokeperson
So why did Kobe had 0 assist tonight? Mind explaining that one for us?
True dat. I also think Barnes was doing a better job out there than Artest. He was involving guys while Artest was just being ty.
Ron Ron was brutal ...... he had pretty good moments but for the most part he was awful.
Barnes was pretty active and did well .......
Lakers bench have to play not even but they have to produce atleast 75% of what the Mavs bench produces ....... and when Dirk is on the floor, Odom is on the floor .... from the second quarter on.
Because he was shooting. He usually leads the team in assists and Fish gets 1or 2. Tonight I think Fish had 5 or so (I havent looked as I dont really need stats to evaluate what I have seen in person) Not the mention the numerous bricks by Ron, Pau, and Drew that Kobe passed to.
Larry... goods... per the usual
They never learn...

These aren't the same Mavs people ..... damn you gotta have that game. blowing 16p point leads in the regular season at home against the Clippers is one thing; but you just can't do that especially against a very good squad in the playoffs.........

Deep breath Larry. It's ok. Dallas played about as well as they could. Lakers nowhere close. It could have easily been a Laker blowout without some of the bonehead plays when we went up. They will be fine. Might even be a little blessing in disguise in the motivation arena.
you keep telling yourself that. The Mavericks are here to play, and they have the upper leg after game 1.
Barkley makes a point in that Bynum is essentially on the bench this series. So you lose that size and not much scoring coming off the bench. At that point Dallas has a big advantage with their bench
Blake played alot of minutes but didn't do much and Barnes was just another body out there
The Lakers are 6-8 in their last 14 games. One of those wins was in OT against Sucktown which finished 2nd to last in the West. Another of those wins was against the Spurs 3rd team end of the bench. The other 4 were against a nets team which lost their last 3 games of the regular season, all by double digits. And now they lose at home to the NBA's all time leading chokers.
The Lakers are playing their worst basketball since losing to the Cavs. You can flip the switch as many times as you'd like Lakerfan, the light bulb is burnt the out. You can meet the Spurs at South Padre Island next week for their fishing trip.
I'm not panicking. Just speaking facts. It "could have" been a Lakers blow out but it wasn't.
And as far as motivation .... if they need motivation after being two time champs while in the playoffs, then maybe Phil should just start Luke and Trey Johnson ...... lol @ motivation.
As I pointed out earlier, Dallas played well, but not near 'as well as they could'. They almost gave away the game in a 3 min stretch to end the 2nd quarter, which was really sloppy play.
On the other hand, I doubt you'll see Fisher scoring 5 of his 8 points inside the paint again... or handing out 6 dimes unless his teammates catch fire... he's been averaging 3 dimes/game this postseason...
That said, you would think Bynum can only go up from there...
exactly ..... as far as Bynum, he comes off the bench this series. Pau or Bynum can't check Dirk. When Dirk is on the floor, LO is on the floor.
Just imagine the Mavs with Butler and a healthy Roddy (after playing all year long 10-16min)....damn it....
