Walton/Bonner frontline would be a wet dream for Pop and the Spurs FO
Getting Luke to give up the burqua and mascara parties with Kobme could be an impossible task. But these two crafty veterans, coach and GM were able to get Michael Finley to not only join but extend. Then Matty Bonner the same! Could they score another coup at the PF/SF position and extend the 2008- run??

Id rather have crappy Boner than Walton.
Why? At least Walton would have plugged a hole, backing up Jefferson (no pun intended) at the 3 and doesn't masquerade around as a 4/5.
even if Walton didn't play a minute losing Boner would be addition by subtraction.
