That was awesome. Glad that dumb bish got rocked for hitting her mom.
lol @ "appears to be a bloody wound"
Chubby teen beat her mom up in a parking lot after getting kicked out of class for being drunk, attempts to evade a crime scene, and gets pushed into a wall after she refuses to stop...and they want to criticize the cop? Ughhhhhhh
I was just joking about deciding if it was brutality or justice, that little had it coming. Obviously.
That was awesome. Glad that dumb bish got rocked for hitting her mom.
cops deserve our respect...
listin to them and everything will be ok.... there are nice ways you can argue...
people who dont follow the law deserve to be beaten up..
keep peace in our streets... god bless these cops
She was running like a bat out of . It's amazing that the officer was able to catch her.
Granted she had it coming, however, that dude just pulled a Romanowski on her ass and went a bit overboard with the push I think. I would have just used the taser...
Another example of the type of individual who would own a pit-bull…
Never made the football team, was too dumb for speech & debate, low self esteem, so now as an adult he beats ups teenage girls to get his jollies….
impact push > fat drunk
they should let the cop go just like they will let the girl go for beating up her mom.
even steven.
How the anyone can think that is justifiable force is beyond me... I don't care if the little was a complete , that dude practically tackled her. No, the cop was way over the ing top.
maybe the officer had a fight with his daughter earlier(same age)
...he just took it out on her tsk tsk.
Totally uncalled for and probably unjustifiable force IMO.
The officer should have first tried a verbal command, followed by soft arm tactics and if she then fought or assaulted the officer--then he could have used reasonable force.
This was not reasonable force because she did not even have the opportunity to comply or resist.
I am shock by this, what happen to shoot first and ask questions later? They are getting soft in this day and age.
Yeah she maybe deserves it and I bet she is a dumb , but for the cop reacting like this, maybe a bit unnecessary?
Then again, we don't know what exactly happened.
Thats nothing to what some other cops have done. Still too much, there's ways he could of gone about it. Like they say, you can't get your personal emotions involved or you might get yourself in trouble. looks like what happened there. We still dont know all the facts. She looks to have something in her right hand so....
eh it
his wife is banging his brother hes an alcoholic with a shot liver and some 15 year old wants to get mouthy? shes eating some pavement
Many cops are on power trips and go overboard with their authority.
Easily, unjustified police brutality. No question.
probably went a bit overboard on the push..but she did deserve something for what she did.
C'mon errrbody, the situation was very clear when the officer arrived. A girl at an alternative school allegedly assaulted a teacher AND was captured on film assaulting her mother, then she (possibly still inebriated) attempts to walk away from the scene when it's obvious the police officers were trying to get her attention, then she appears to have some kind of object in her hand and when the cop sees it he rushes at her. It wasn't a stable situation and the cop saw the need to react in a forceful manner. But her head didn't even hit the wall when she was knocked back, so no injuries from the impact push.
Don't get me wrong, I hate pigs, but I fail to see anything about it that looks like "brutality" or abuse. She didn't even get knocked out or lose consciousness (she naturally only uses half a brain, no big loss). Here's the full, un-edited clip...
I think it looks worse than it really was.
It is possible that the cop was expecting her to resist after the way she treated her mother. Then the girl being drunk only magnified the way the push looked. I am pretty sure that the cop intended to not hurt her. He even looks surprised and almost trips on himself at how easily she fell.

I said it before---I call `em like I see em---
and in THIS case...the officer was plain wrong and overaggressive.
There was so many things that the officer could have done or tried to do BEFORE he used physical force....especially with a MINOR!
Remember the officers are not judges and they should have first tried to interview the suspect to assess the situation---before doing what they did. If the kid was such a threat---why didn't the other officer give chase too? She wasn't. This is why only one officer gave chase and decided he would teach this kid a lesson himself. When the police start thinking that way...it is time to take a hiatus or seek a new career.
Int Affairs for that department will go after that officer IMO and probably take some action---that was unjustifiable and it finally bit that prick young cop in the ass when that video was released.
He will be looking for work soon.
eh, verbal commands were issued. what is not known is this girls criminal record. being that shes in a school for "troubled youths" she most likely has one. what is on it? do we know that? in order for someone to say the amount of force was justified or unjustified one must know the whole situatoin and everything about the subject or suspect involved. obviously she has no problem assaulting someone considering she just assaulted her mother on film. not enough is known to pass judgement.
