Chandler 20 rebounds... and on the Spurs, those same 20 boards would be extremely classy.... but in all seriousness I think Chandler would have given us some ummph

Chandler 20 rebounds... and on the Spurs, those same 20 boards would be extremely classy.... but in all seriousness I think Chandler would have given us some ummph
any chandler wouldve been helpful
wilson chandler![]()
When your "bigs" alongside Duncan are Blair, Bonner, and Mcdyess, Tyson looks like a hall of famer.
, it is just you.
Que some of the board morons.
Coach RumpHumperCanelol mavsfan.Spurs need a young big body thats 260+ lbs to match up better with the giants of the league like the Gasols and Bynum. Chandler ain't that.
Plus the Spurs don't have the PG's to utilize his limited but effective offensive game (dunks). Also his injuries, price tag, etc.
, everyone needs Chandler.
i dont think tim d was the problem, it was bonner/blair/dyess
chandler would have been ok for the spurs - the spurs haven't been able to get real big help since 2005
Sure he could have helped but the Bobcats gave him up for Dampier's huge expiring contract. Unless Spurs were willing to let a rookie (who ended up getting hurt) start at shooting forward, there's no way the Spurs could have gotten him. Cuban probably is going to overpay him now. Chandler is good now but he's been hurt a lot in the past and didn't play that well on Bobcats. Presti may have been on to something when he tried to get the guy though.
What the Spurs need is a good young big.
But they are so hard to find -- usually any player that big, young, and skilled is so spoiled that he is uncoachable. Not to mention that a team like the Spurs (record too good to draft a such a big, too unattractive as a FA destination to lure one) can almost never get such a player.
But I'm sure if the Spurs could ever find such a player he would step right in to the rotation and add a whole new dimension to the team.
Chandler @DAL, 33 minutes, 8 PT, 5 RB, 4 PF, 1 BLK. I guess he "altered" a lot Laker shots?![]()
Yeah we just had to extend Soft instead.![]()
We have our 7 footer.. He just started to play late. FML
Dumb thread.
Chandler hasn't played ONE full season in 9 YEARS.
His broke ass is injured half the time.
Seriously... re ed idea.
Spurs needed Dirk.
We had a chance to get Deandre Jordan in the draft.
Chandler really is a good peice to have...
Chandler would easily be the best big next to Duncan, and would greatly improve spurs interior d. The fact that dallas is able match la's frontline is whats winning the series for them.
