Marc playing the way he is and Pau playing like he is, suddenly makes the trade not so one sided...
Two players have been most responsible for killing the Los Angeles Lakers in the team's NBA Playoffs series against the Dallas Mavericks: Dirk Nowitzki and Pau Gasol. Dirk is averaging 28 points on 56 percent shooting and 10 rebounds per game. Most of that is because Pau is usually the Laker guarding him. Now Dirk isn't known as an all-world defender. But on the other end, Gasol is averaging 13 points per game on 43 percent shooting.
Pau is losing his matchup completely.http://www.sbnation.com/nba/2011/5/7...-playoffs-2011Tom Haberstroh reports that Nowitzki has shot 19-25 (76 percent) when guarded by Gasol in this series. Against other Lakers -- Ron Artest and Lamar Odom, largely -- Dirk is 13-32 (41 percent). On the one hand, why is Jackson leaving Gasol on Nowitzki at all? But Phil should be able to trust his No. 2 player to play smart defense, even if he gets burned a little. Instead, Gasol is doing no better than, say, Derrick Caracter would. (That's not good.)

They've got 2 les from Pau and nothing from Fatso yet. Verdict is still out.
The 2 years:::don't they go by in a blink.
He retired old bag...
Lol, all team members should be responsible for the last...they just played awful the last few minutes
But he hasn't rung, bag has.
pau hatred continues imho. it ain't pau's fault the lakers are losing this series mayne, stop smearing dat please. Kobe on the other hand jacks up numerous shots he has no business of making, kobe is the true to be responsible imho. dirk just being too damn great this series imo, the lakers have no solution at'all towards our german allah imho. dirk & kobe be responsible imho
chicharito es da true btw tbh, lets go reds smashing the chelskis tbh
Pau back to 2006 level. I guess Dirk just owns him.
