PPG all time is the true indication of the pure scorers with nothing else considered.

This data is probably not up to the minute, but Dirk is around 22 which falls pretty much in line with the 23 I said earlier. It's not top 15 and damn sure not top 10.

If you think Bob Pet is a better pure scorer than Dirk, then you literally are re ed. If that fact alone doesn't make you re ed, then basing it soley on career PPG confirms it.

No you ing child, I said Dirk is not to 15 of all time (the OP... remember?) and I said "he's barely in the top 10 NOW in pure scoring" meaning "active players".

Numbers are right there. Argue with them all night if you like.

I suppose you think a pure scorer is just someone you think scores a lot? There are actually stats for scoring and PPG.

So, unless you are saying "people who cannot do anything else", Dirk isn't anywhere on that top 10 list.

Bob Pet is a better scorer than Dirk Nowitzki Try starting a poll and see how many posters agree with that, which confirms them for mental re ation, like you've already proved you are.

Right now, in terms of PF he is still behind TD, KG, Malone and Barkley with respect to his legacy.

If he makes another Finals run though, I might be tempted to say that only TD and Malone have a better career than him.
He's as least even with Barkley if not ahead of him, and I'd put him close to even with Malone. What have they won that he hasn't?

Scoring is a numbers game, idiot. It's not a judge of quality to say someone scores more PPG. You have a bad analogy.

It's PPG. Pure scorers score high PPG. Otherwise why do you consider Dirk so high up there? His career points put him 23rd.

oh right, I forgot that there was a point where Jerry Stackhouse was the best scorer in the NBA.
