It was silly to keep attacking the rim up 30 with 7 or so minutes remaining. You know that's going to happen in game 4 of a sweep against the defending champs if you are running the score up.

There was like 8 minutes left in the game. If the Mavs just settled for 3s the rest of the game, then the lakers would have lost by 50 instead of 36, tbh.

Bynum needs to be smarter and actually make a play on the ball. You can still knock someone down really hard by faking the block. This was just a re ed move. I also don't think it was THAT bad, however this is a new age of basketball. Violence of any kind isn't tolerated very well so with that said, they SHOULD be smart here and use him as an example. If my vision of the league was one that was cleaner and less physical (in terms of making dirty plays like this one) then I would probably suspend him for the 30 games.
