If Hill is traded this off-season, Earl Watson would be my first option to sign as backup PG. Even if Spurs try Neal as backup PG with Manu helping him to manage the offense, having Watson as insurance would be great.

I had him on my fantasy league towards the end of the season. Doesn't score a lot of points but he did give some good assists.
Think: Jaques Vaughn, with a bit of flair.
Pretty funny, I picked him up to run some backup PG in garbage time on 2K11 not that long ago. =)
He is fine to be a backup PG IMO
This should be the target for backup point. He can probably be had for the vet minimum.
