Just because it's a knight riding a dragon doesn't make it World of Warcraft.
I think the tat would have been better without the knight and just the dragon with it's wings out.
ha, ha, haters gonna hate

That is Utah Jazz small-forward Andrei Kirilenko’s new tattoo. According to the local media it is a depiction of Kirilenko’s World of Warcraft character – a level-80 Paladin, riding a dragon.
I guess the local media is filled with s. Level 80 was a year ago. This tat resembles nothing in WoW.
It's just a knight riding a random ass dragon, media and everyone else can claim how they perceive it. I highly doubt AK47 himself will dedicate his tat to WoW (and it still wouldn't look like anything from the game)
Problem is its so big you have to stand way back to take it all in.
People on WoW forums are calling it a "Proto Drake." I see the similarities.
My level 85 hunter flys on my 310% speed epic albino drake mount.
The dragon in the picture has 2 claws on its feet.
While you're at it, find the paladin armor that looks like that knight.
Most probably he won't be a Spur, it's too bad he's FA.
Guys, it is a WoW tatoo. LOL

Get some popcorn, it's a long one (but totally worth reading at least the first 15 pages or so).

- Philip Seymour Hoffman - "Red Dragon"
I have never played WoW in my life. I went to a WoW forum and saw that there was a name for that dragon thing on Kirilenko's back.
I was teasing

And then he proceeded to get a coverup done. Hahaha
