Boston was up 87-81 with 4:28 left. They didn't score any more after that, as Miami went on a 16-0 run to close out the game.
Yes, but did anyone think, "Holy , Boston's up by 6! This game is in the bag!!!"

    If so, they're idiots.

The last 8 or so really didn't matter. Once they were up 3, Boston was desperate and tried to work magic.

The last 5 especially didn't matter.

    I agree with Lngrr.
By definition it was a choke, but MJ himself could not stop Lebron when he is rolling like that.

    yes, I said it ...

Yeah...the second 3 by LeBron there at the end was the dagger. The last 2 buckets were just rubbing it in.

I'm sorry, but the Heat have their names practically etched into the Larry O'Brien trophy. LeBron is the best player in the NBA, bare none.

Oh, and nice job of Kevin, Paul, Rondo and Jermaine to leave the court without even offering a congrats.

I'm not going to get into the LeBron being the best player part, but I mentioned before that with the Heat huddling up like they'd won a championship or even the ECF instead of getting passed the 2nd round how many players would hang around to congratulate them?

Uh, LeBron is the absolute best. Name me two guys that are comparable to him right now?

Please, Memphis behaved as though they'd won the championship against San Antonio. Yet, Duncan, Ginobili and Parker still gave them congratulations after game 6. You've gotta win with class and lose with class. Props to Ray Allen and Doc Rivers for showing respect to the Heat players and coach Spo'.

LeBron got open tonight because of the havoc WADE created and the attention he attracted on doubles (which still couldn't stop him btw but stopped James dead in his tracks). Boston wasn't worried about LeBron like they were Dwayne.

The Heat have vets that should've acted like they had been there before.....again, who's going to wait for them to get done celebrating their 2nd round championship to give them props?

I'm going to back ATL or CHI hard as I possibly can. May the better team suited to beat the Heat win.

Lebron is showin yall s he's just getting started. Listen to me and quote me when i tell you , WADE WILL SHUT DOWN ROSE IN THE ECF. Scary thing is this is the worst supporting cast you will ever see lebron and wade with , next year (assuming there's no lockout) its gonna be even nastier. Yall boys better be prepared ... the Reign is about to begin.

Not the Heat, I actually loved them back in the Timmy "Killer Crossover" Hardaway and Zo days when they went to war with the Knicks and I live right across the Hudson from NYC, but LeBron and Bosh.......not a big fan.
