You know, it's really not a bad card at all -- just sucks that it's ppv. I love the Mir and Rampage fights, I love watching Struve, and Stann is always a good fight. I am so excited to watch it for free online!

Indeed. After they axed that fight it basically became an Ultimate Fight Night.
The card is good enough that if this was a fight night the ratings would have been great but these deals get done too far in advance to make the change that fast..
Matt Hamill vs. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson - I love The Hammer, but Page seems to be back into fighting shape.
Frank Mir vs. Roy Nelson - I HATE picking against Roy, because he's my second favorite fighter, but Mir is going to butt him.
Travis Browne vs. Stefan Struve - Until Struve actually loses, I'm going to keep riding his bean pole. Amazing comeback fighter.
Jorge Santiago vs. Brian Stann - Stann is a , but he can bang.
Thiago Alves vs. Rick Story - Alves. I hate Brazillians.

Demetrious Johnson vs. Miguel Torres - Time for Torres to remind us what a bad mother er he is. Expect him to be wearing a le belt again within a year.
Bart Palaszewski vs. Gleison Tibau - This will be like his 50th fight. Tibau is an old little . 2nd round TKO.
This sucks and what's even worse is that we're not going to be able to watch Maynard and Edgar until August or September this year.
Mir vs Nelson should be interesting
if Nelson has any sense he'll just bully Mir with his strength like Carwin and Lesnar did. Not saying Nelson is Carwin/Lesnar strong, just saying Mir can bulk up all he wants but he'll never have the strength to get people off of him
and this goes out to the admins. I think LakerHater should get the same Spur icon that he has for all the gifs he makes

Nelson sucks.. Mir is a top 10 HW and would never lose to that fat piece of .. He talks like he is on an elite level..

For some odd reason and for the first time ever, I find myself hoping Nelson wins. I hate that stupid er and I hope he beats Mir. I can't explain it.

Matt Hamill vs. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson
Classic trap fight for Rampage. He hates training as it is and this is a fight with no real edge to it for him. He tends to be lazy in those spots but on paper he should win this by KO after a tough round or 2. Hammill has horrid striking. I love the guy but he is slow and telegraphs everything. Rampage has great TDD, if he comes in aggressive with combo's, not just one shot at a time the KO will likely be there. Franklin beat Matt up on the feet badly.. If Page gets decisioned by Matt he is gonna wanna kill himself..
Frank Mir vs. Roy Nelson
Nelson is a good fighter. I find him annoying as all but he can scrap. Mir should be too well rounded for Big Country here. Both guys have good subs and good striking but i think Mir is faster and will look to pick Nelson apart and win a UD..
Travis Browne vs. Stefan Struve
KO. Struve is getting better with every fight. At just 23 he already has 25 fights. Won 5 of his last 6.. Struve May be a contender in 2 years..
Jorge Santiago vs. Brian Stann
Stann is full of confidence after the Leben KO. Team Jackson member, i like him in this fight..
Thiago Alves vs. Rick Story
Better in make weight Thiago..

- I love Hamill, but he doesn't have the weapons. Rampage can win the UD on a bad day.
Frank Mir vs. Roy Nelson
- Roy is one of the smartest and hardest working fighters, I think Mir has gotten lazy since Carwin turned him into a hamburger against the cage.
Travis Browne vs. Stefan Struve
- Struve is a lot of fun to watch, but Browne can give him fits in the first half of the fight.
Jorge Santiago vs. Brian Stann
- You have to wonder, if Stann banged with Leben, will be also bang with Jorge? I think not since Jorge has a mean ground game. This goes to decision, maybe even split.
Thiago Alves vs. Rick Story
- Props to Alves for accepting this fight, but Story is one of my guys at WW. Could end up being a snoozefest, but I see Story being able to control the slightly stronger Alves against the cage and possibly riding his back to a submission win.

Matt Hamill vs. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson
I think that Rampage has lost the desire to adapt to new mma conditions. He still is a powerhouse he still has a fighting desire. But is he willing to train like a beast to be the best?
Also he thinks Hamill is no compe ion to him, so IMO Matt really has a chance against Quinton.
I see 3rd R stoppage for a black guy though.
Frank Mir vs. Roy Nelson
Tough to choose. I like Nelson more then I do Frank. Frankly speaking.
Most fans says Roy has no chance and Mir was fighting with the best and is bigger and stronger.
Idk, if Roy can shorten the distance and lock one of his punches he may force Frank to back out.
I would love to see this bout go to the ground and see the grappling game of both guys.

There is no way Brian will lose this fight and really I can see a 1st R KO
Thiago Alves vs. Rick Story
Ricky is on his way up in the WW ladder. Alves problems are solved IMO in a weight area so IMO the story in this fight will be Alves fighting on not getting taken down and him landing some vicious leg kicks. A decision with both men beat up.

I have not seen a dominating Torres in his last bouts and Johnson will go for it and he will not hesitate. And that will be the difference IMO.
