    Well that and the fact that no one watches hockey or gives a about baseball. Otherwise, no one would be paying attention to the garbage basketball the NBA displaying right now. Easily the most boring and uneventful NBA postseason in recent memory. Eerily similar to the yawnfest which was the 2006 and 2007 playoffs.

    Luckily, the Lakers are a Pau Gasol trade away from saving the league yet again.

    There isn't a writer in the NBA universe that doesn't admit that the 06 playoffs were probably the best of the decade, if not more. Almost every series that year had some serious drama.

    you mav fans never change, i know my team got knocked out but if my team were in i wouldnt be acting like you beat the lakers of " les" the lakers were going to lose regardless and you know it.

    they almost lost to damn new orleans, without any big man ???!! to me its going to shock the mavs because memphis couldnt miss a damn basket and okc showed some teeth. not like kobes gay teeth but dirty defense. im just saying no one is going to sweep anyone anymore and dallas to me better shoot lights out
